Spent my recent xmas at a hotel in Ukraine, and it was all in all an okay experience. The hotel was situated in a prime location, close to a major transportation hub and within walking distance of some popular tourist sites. The hotel was also newly renovated and had some contemporary design elements which were nice. The highlight of my stay was the equipped gym facility.

The staff were unfriendly, and the general service was lacklustre. One night, I was awoken by some loud noise outside and when I went to talk to the front desk about it, the staff member was incredibly rude.

The hotel is situated in an area close to the train station and right in the center. the location can be a bit noisy due to passing traffic. the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with good bathrooms that have great showers. the staff provides excellent service and is very friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered is good and there are options for additional drinks. the hotel has clean facilities and comfortable beds with excellent mattresses.
